From Hamburg, Germany!
What was life like growing up there?
That's a good question. I was born in Hamburg, but then I moved around quite often, just through Germany in general. I lived in Berlin for a while. I lived in the west of Germany as well in different cities, and it depended on the city. Now, I have lived in Hamburg for ten years, and it really feels like my base. I've known friends for longer than two years, which I really appreciate. We have a lot of green, so it's a lot of being outside, being in the streets, and just, yeah, hanging out. And we have quite a lot of different areas in Hamburg which I really enjoy. Yeah.
Have you ever been in love before?
Yes, I have.
What was that like, the first time falling in love?
Great feeling, obviously. It was a girl from my school. It's always exciting, I guess.
In your mind, what do you think it means to be strong?
I think there's a lot of different things you can be strong in. I think just to be able to find the thing that you want to do and, yeah, be proud of who you are or feel comfortable in your own skin and just figure yourself out something new every day.
What makes you feel strong or powerful?
I feel strong when I do sports because that's where I can be in my element, and I feel secure with what I do. Yeah. I guess that, and also just being around people who I love and who love me.
What sports did you play?
I played handball and track and field.
Who's someone that in your life resembles strength?
I think my parents both in their own way and also just my family members, my brothers; I have three brothers, and everyone makes it in their own way. But yeah, just to be there for me if I needed them. And yeah, my parents and my brothers are definitely strong people.
Do you usually make the first move when you approach someone, or do they make the move on you?
Oh, hell no. I'm shy as fuck. Yeah, I tried to learn that, but it depends …
Do you have any hidden talents that people don't really know?
I can juggle; I can do a little magic like a fucking circus clown or something. But yeah, I guess that's it. I can do a backflip as well.
